No — your login covers all in-session use. If a client wants access outside of sessions, they can join The Lounge at AuPlusDHD.com for $10/month.
How do the family packs work?
Inside your portal, you'll find curated family packs organized by topic. Each pack has a shareable link you copy and send via your own email — no extra logins or accounts needed for the family member.
Is this HIPAA compliant?
Yes. AuPlusDHD does not store, process, or transmit any protected health information. We never collect data about your clients — only your own login credentials.
Does this work for in-person sessions?
Yes — open the tools on your laptop or tablet and show your client directly. Screen sharing is not required.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Access to all tools is tied to your active subscription. When it lapses, your portal login is deactivated automatically.
